To change your account type from bicycle to a vehicle, or vice versa, we require the following information/documentation:
From Bike to Car
Ready to roll with four wheels? We need to see your valid driver’s license (front and back), a proof of vehicle registration and the insurance coverage. The thermal courier backpack that you used on your bike can still be used in your vehicle.
From Car to Bike
Switching to two wheels? You’ll need a thermal courier backpack. Either order one from the Courier Portal or show us yours with a pic upload.
Keep Your Info Up to Date
To update your documents you’ll need to supply the above information to our courier support team. You can reach them on courier.be@takeaway.com.
