Gemeinsam mit unserem Qualitätsspezialisten und den Kundendienstmitarbeitern identifizierst Du die möglichen Verbesserungsbereiche und richtest entsprechende Schulungen ein und führst diese durch. Mit Deinem Input werden Wissenslücken im Call Center geschlossen und die Service-Level können verbessert werden.

Your Job

  • Responsible for implementation of trainings in the local office
  • Create , update and deliver hard skills training
  • Develop and deliver soft skills trainings in collaboration with the Quality team
  • Responsible for the training material
  • Co- Responsible for the Help page in our Knowledge Management Tool
  • Generate Monthly Report to manager and other stakeholders regarding the training activities
  • Assist in conducting monitoring and coaching activities in collaboration with the Quality team
  • Other related responsibilities, to be assigned by Management if necessary

Your Profile

  • High Education, preferably in Education, Coaching, Training, People management, and/or Communication studies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent language skills in local language and fluent in English Flexible and reliable
  • Experience with contact center operations and functions across multiple departments
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work and negotiate in a team environment
  • Ability to work independent of supervision
  • Positive attitude, good judgement, and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional training (adult learning) skills and interpersonal communication skills
