Tech Recruiter

Are you that rare breed of detective that finds candidates when others give up? As a Technical Tech Recruiter at Takeaway.com your responsibilities will include scouting potential candidates through various channels, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for potential hiring.

Your Job

  • Partner with engineering teams to define critical positions and candidate personas
  • Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Identify and recommend new and creative ways to source and attract top talent via new software platforms and creative outreach methods
  • Work with the Engineering team, and HR on networking throughout the Tel-Aviv market to interested candidates by creating cool events, attending networking events, and building a strong relationship with local universities

Your Profile

  • Proven work experience as a tech Recruiter. 
  • experience with sourcing and screening technical talent across a variety of teams including software engineering, product, design, and more.
  • Excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels i.e. headhunting, networking, job boards, etc.
  • Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity with a smaller, but rapidly growing organization
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • A Team Player with a “can do attitude”.
