This privacy statement is applicable to the processing of personal data of applicants that apply for vacancies with Takeaway.com. Takeaway.com is responsible for the processing of this personal data and highly values your privacy. Therefore, Takeaway.com complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to the processing of personal data.

What and why we process personal data
Takeaway.com processes personal data about you because you have applied for an open vacancy with Takeaway.com. We only process this data for the selection process and hopefully to welcome you in the future as an employee of Takeaway.com. The legal ground for this processing is that we consider your application as a request to take steps prior to entering into a contract (employment agreement) in accordance with the GDPR.


We only process personal data you yourself provided to us via the website, the application form, sent resumés or motivation letters or by other means during the application process. We process the following data:

  • Education and experience data
  • Assessment data (if applicable)
Furthermore, we process data you indirectly provide to us, because Takeaway.com uses cookies for functional, analytical- and marketing purposes. Sharing with others
Takeaway.com will not sell your data to third parties and will only issue this data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, for analysis and marketing purposes or to meet a legal obligation. We carefully select these parties to ensure the security of your personal data.We may share your data with the following parties:

Review, correction and deletion of your personal data
You are entitled to access, delete and if necessary correct all your personal data that we collected. If you believe that we collected personal data about you without a valid purpose or if you believe that we are processing personal data that isn’t relevant for your application, please contact us. Takeaway.com will respond to your query as quickly as possible and no later than within four weeks.Please note that in case of a deletion request, we can no longer process your application.
