Our sourdough white loaf is light, with a thin crisp crust. Our einkorn loaf is dense, with a nutty note, baked from one of the most ancient grains. "Sunrise & Sunset" is our favourite three flours (white, wholegrain, and rye), live sourdough, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, savory, and caraway. Topped with sesame, flax seeds, and poppy seeds.
