Why couldn't I use my voucher?

If that's the case, Takeaway.com may have temporarily blocked the voucher to prevent it from being applied to multiple orders.

Don't worry, your voucher will most likely reset in 20 minutes since the order didn't go through. In some cases, it might take longer, but it should always reset within 24 hours.
