I collected stamps, but the place stopped using StampCards. What now?

If you already received five stamps, you'll still be able to use the corresponding voucher until the expiration date.

If you didn't fill up an entire card but collected more than two stamps, contact us! We'll provide a replacement! For a quick resolution, please send us your email address and the name of the restaurant or store.

I have a voucher for a restaurant or store, but it's no longer on Takeaway.com.

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, a restaurant or store may no longer be on Takeaway.com or there may be a change of ownership. Don't worry! We'll provide you with a replacement.

Please contact us with your email address, the voucher code, and the restaurant's or the store'sname.

Where can I find my stamps and vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Every time you collect a stamp, you'll receive an email notification within 48 hours with an overview of the stamps you've collected. This overview will include your progress at all the restaurants and stores where you have collected stamps.

Once you've filled your stamp card, we'll send a voucher to your email address within 48 hours. It'll include the value, your code, the expiration date, and a direct link to that restaurant's ordering page so you can order right away.

I didn't receive a stamp or voucher after I ordered.

Accepted Answer

Here are some common reasons why you may not receive a stamp or voucher:
- The restaurant or store is no longer participating in the StampCard programme
- The email is in your spam folder
- You are no longer subscribed to our newsletter
- You used another email address or made a typo while placing your order
- It's been less than 48 hours (a stamp might still be on its way)
- You cancelled your order

If none of the above applies, check your account overview on our website. If we issued a stamp or voucher, it should be visible here. If not, please contact us. For a speedy resolution, please provide us with your email address and the details of your order.

What are StampCards?

Every restaurant or store on our platform has the opportunity to reward loyal customers by joining our StampCard programme.

Each time you order at a participating restaurant or store, you'll receive a stamp. Once you've collected five stamps from the same place, you will receive a discount voucher valued at 10% of the combined order total of the five orders.

You can use the voucher for your next order from that place.
