Great! You've successfully placed your order, and it's gone through to the restaurant or store. You can check your delivery status on Order Tracker by clicking on 'Track your order' in the confirmation email.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.
The restaurant or store may not have received your order due to a payment issue, or there may be a typo in your email address. If you've entered your email correctly, please double-check your inbox (including your spam folder) for the confirmation email.
If you have an account with us, sign in and check the 'Orders' section in the account menu to see if there is an active order. If you ordered through our website, you could also check for SMS confirmation of the order.
There's no sign of my order.
If you don't see any mention of your order on the site and haven't received a confirmation, we probably didn't receive your order. If you've paid online, check to see if the order amount was deducted from your payment method account.
On the rare occasion that we charged you for your order and it did not go through, please contact us with the following information:

- Restaurant or store name
- Email address used to place the order
- A copy or screenshot of the transaction details
