When you delete your account, we can’t restore it, so you’ll lose any saved addresses and perks.
How to delete your account
To delete your account, please send an email to bg@takeaway.com using the email address connected to your account. We'll delete your account from our database and let you know when it’s done.
iOS app
- Navigate to the side bar menu.
- Ensure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
- Select ‘View personal information’.
- Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select ‘Delete account’ and follow the instructions.
