Terms and Conditions

The Campaign, which consists of a prize campaign, is enrolled on Takeaway.com Platform (“Platform”).

1. To take part in the Campaign, the Participant has to:
   1. place a successful and completed order via the Platform with a minimum order value of €5 during the Campaign Period; Opt-in to receive discounts, loyalty offers and other updates by ticking the designated checkbox on the check-out page of your order.
   2. On the order confirmation page, the customer will find a banner that highlights that the game invitations will be sent via email after enjoying a dish. The customer receives an email with the invitation link (link is valid for 72 hours) and a reminder by an email after 48 hours; be aware that the confirmation email with the voucher might end up in the spam folder.
   3. By clicking on the treat on the game page, the Participant will see which prize he received.
   4. After 2 hours the Participant receives an email with a code (voucher code of Takeaway.com or discount code of third party) to redeem the prize on the applicable platform. If restaurants or the customer has cancelled the order, the final code will not be sent.
2. All the Participants who have fulfilled all conditions specified in Clause 2 can win one of the prizes below.
3. Participants are able to participate in the Campaign at most three times during the Campaign Period.
4. No communication costs are charged by JET for participating in the Campaign.
5. JET reserves the right to suspend, revoke the Campaign at any time in compliance to the law applicable in the Territorial Area. Any changes to the competition will be made pursuant to such law.

1. In order to participate, it is necessary to be a resident in the Territorial Area.
2. A minimum age of 18 years is required for participation in the Campaign.
3. JET retains the right to block issuance of the vouchers in case of fraud or misuse.

The entire territory of Belgium

After two (2) hours from placing the order, the Participants receives an email with a code to redeem the prize.

1. JET’s privacy notice and the General Data Protection Regulation apply to the personal information shared by Participants in connection to this Campaign.
2. The personal information made available by the Participant to JET in connection to the Campaign is used to inform the Participant about the Campaign and to inform the Participant if he/she has won a prize. For these purposes, the personal data that may be shared with the external provider playable (host of landing page) will be encrypted. This data will be deleted at the end of the Campaign Period.

1. The participation in the Campaign is at Participant’s own risk.
2. JET accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by a Participant as a result of participating in the Campaign or in relation to any Prize.
3. JET takes great care in organising the Campaign, but the possibility that information presented regarding the Campaign is incomplete or incorrect cannot be entirely ruled out. Inaccuracies, spelling mistakes or comparable mistakes on the Campaign’s website or other Campaign materials published by JET of whatever nature, cannot be held against JET or cause any obligation for JET.
4. Neither JET nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control where this campaign is concerned. Nothing in these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of JET for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct or gross negligence.
5. JET and third parties engaged by JET, are not liable for failures in network, hardware or software by social media channels that cause data to be delayed or lost.

JET retains the right to investigate the participation in the Campaign for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may comprise that JET at its own discretion cancels an eligible order. Campaign entries earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these terms and conditions will be null and void.

1. The law of Belgium applies to these terms and conditions.
2. Any gambling taxes due in respect of this Campaign and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize are for the account of JET.
3. Any taxes (other than gambling taxes) due in respect of this Campaign is for the account of the participant.
4. Participants should consult their own (tax) advisors regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize as won prizes may need to be declared to the local (tax) authorities.
5. For complaints about the Campaign, please contact the Takeaway.com customer service.

6. For any dispute concerning this prize contest will be competent the Court of the consumer of the place of residence or elective domicile of the Participant.
