Stamp cards and stamps
I haven't received an email with a stamp card.
Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter. If you are and still did not receive an email from us with information about your stamps, please check your spam folder. Can't find an email from us in your spam folder? Please contact our Customer Service department (email@example.com). State the email address which you used when you placed your order, and the name of the restaurant you ordered with.
How can I check the availability of my stamp cards?
Every time you receive a stamp, you will receive an email from Takeaway.com with the current status of your collected stamps at each restaurant.
At which restaurant can I use the stamp card?
When you have collected all five stamps for one specific restaurant, you will receive an email with a discount code. This code can only be used at the restaurant where you have collected the full stamp card.
What kind of discount can I get?
After collecting 5 stamps (full stamp card), you will automatically receive an email with a discount code. The code will be valid for 90 days. The value of the discount code for a full stamp card is equal to 10% of the sum of your 5 previous orders.
