When placing an order at, you can choose whether or not you want to receive our newsletter. In our newsletter you'll find information about the latest discounts and promotions at delivery restaurants, as well as fun news or promotions we can exclusively offer our subscribed customers.

Do you have a complaint about the intermediary service which has provided? Please contact our customer service department and we will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. In the case of an urgent question regarding a pending order, you will usually receive a response from us within one hour. We strive to resolve your complaint within 48 hours, however we often depend on the opening hours of the restaurant from which you have ordered and their cooperation.

If you have an urgent question or complaint regarding the restaurant from which you have ordered, we advise you to contact the restaurant directly. The telephone number for the restaurant can be found in the confirmation email which was sent to you immediately after placing the order.

If you are not satisfied with the way handled your complaint, you can file a dispute via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
