When you order at Takeaway.com, we reward you with points.
Once you have collected enough points and are logged in, you can redeem them for offers.
Offers range from special partner offers to Takeaway.com vouchers.
How do I collect points?
In exchange for ordering via our site or app, you receive points from us. When you have received enough points, you can redeem them for offers of your choice.
How many points do I receive?
You receive 10 points for every order via the website and 15 points when you order via the app.
Where can I see how many points I've collected?
You need to log into your account to see how many points you have.
How long are my Points valid for?
When logged in, you can view the validity of your points in your personal overview.
How do I redeem my points?
Our Points programme has many attractive partner offers and vouchers waiting for you. Each partner offer indicates how many points are needed to redeem the offer, the offer expiration date, and instructions for claiming the offer. Simply redeem your desired offer and you'll receive your voucher and more information via email. Offers are only available while supplies last.
I didn't receive any points for my order.
Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours. If you notice your points are have not been credited to your account after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service team.
Why can't I use my voucher from a chosen partner?
Each partner determines the terms and conditions of their coupons individually. Please make sure you read the terms & conditions of the offer before claiming it.
Where can I see the voucher code for an offer I have redeemed?
After redeeming an offer, you will receive your offer voucher code via email. If you don't receive an email from us, please check your spam folder. If you don't receive your voucher code in your spam folder, you can resend the voucher code via your Points personal overview.
