How do I change my order?
Given the speed of which the order is passed onto the restaurant and then prepared it is not possible to make any changes to your order through Takeaway.com. If you wish to change your order, you must call the restaurant on the phone number provided in the confirmation email so that they can make the changes to your order.
If you paid your order online you should cancel the order and place a new order with the correct products. In this case please contact our customer service so that we can refund the total amount of the cancelled order (after confirmation from the restaurant).
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed it is directly sent to the restaurant. If you want to cancel your order you must immediately contact the restaurant. You will find the phone number in the confirmation email. A cancellation is not possible through Takeaway.com as the restaurant must directly be informed of the cancellation.
If you paid your order online you must also inform Takeaway.com of the cancellation by contacting our customer service. Takeaway.com will check the cancellation with the restaurant and refund the total amount of the order. Refunds can take up to 10 days.
How is my order confirmed?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order. Keep this email and your order number in case you have any questions or remarks regarding your order. When you have received the confirmation email, Takeaway.com does the rest. Just sit back, relax and enjoy your meal!
I have not received a confirmation email
If an order number is displayed on your screen, that is an indication that your order has been submitted. The confirmation email may be in your 'spam' rather than in your inbox.
If you don't receive an order number please contact our customer service to find the status of your order. You must provide the e-mail address you entered when ordering and the name of the selected restaurant so we can find your order.
Does the cooling off period apply to orders placed via Pizza.be?
Based on Article 47. § 4 sub 2, the cooling off period does not apply to perishable goods.
